CHEF'S BLOG - 30 MARCH 2016

4.30 pm and just finished writing the March/April newsletter – now have to remember/work out how to send it out using mailchimp – tonight I think after service, must get in the kitchen now ‘cos it’s looking a bit busy tonight and I have Hake to fillet and shortbread to bake. Better get that the right way round.

Planning on making Black Pudding MKII tomorrow, and bread and duck rillettes and supposedly an hour at the gym but…
