Happy April Fool’s Day! So far as I know we made it past noon without any wind-ups/practical jokes – hope it went as well for you. 24 loaves and five MkII black puddings yesterday. Mayne not a modern miracle but still a very satisfying day in the kitchen. First impressions of the black pud are very encouraging but let’s see how it matures over the weekend
